Job Description

As a Security Officer  Driver Clearance Required in Clearfield, UT, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Security Officer at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and support a secure environment. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally, and respond to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials in accordance with site procedures, and report access-control irregularities to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate incident reports, patrol logs, and daily activity documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Guard Card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
