Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

Summary:

The Implementation Specialist is a remote position that requires travel to pharmacies, healthcare organizations, and the corporate home office. It involves product implementation, integration, and customer training. Projects range in scope and require standardization across multiple product lines and locations in support of rapidly changing business needs and departmental goals.

What You Will Do

• Perform implementation tasks assigned to ensure timely Go-Lives to customer satisfaction.
• Train customers in hardware and software usage to vital usage levels.
• Assist the Implementation Manager in fully defining the processes/procedures/controls relevant to team activities.
• Provide positive customer interaction, developing relationships at all levels, from Key Stakeholders to Pharmacy Technicians.
• Demonstrated expertise in clinical and technical processes.
• Excellent and thorough competency in product implementation methods.
• Able to gather customer requirements, practices, and design concepts and provide best practices and procedure consulting.
• Identify and escalate business improvement opportunities within the organization as appropriate.
• Establish collaborative working relationships with cross-functional team members.
• Other tasks as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• CPhT required
• Experience with pharmacy automation preferred
• BA/BS preferred
• 3+ years in pharmacy (retail independent pharmacy experience preferred)
• Experience working with pharmacy automation equipment
• Ability to travel and remain on-site with customers 75% of the time as part of regular work duties
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Proven ability to meet tight project deadlines
• Training skills, knowledge and abilities
• Proven strong writing skills that convey a clear and concise message
• Proven ability to conduct interface testing
• Strong understanding of technical concepts, networking principles, and databases
• Excellent verbal communication skills, including good listening skills, the ability to gain consensus, and demonstrate patience
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and offer strategic solutions
• Confident, rounded thinker
• Is self-aware, resilient, assertive, and openly supports change

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions (if applicable)

This position requires frequent sitting, standing, walking, talking, hearing, using hands and fingers, and reaching with hands and arms. It also requires occasional stooping, kneeling, and crouching. The incumbent is required to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. This position requires good close, distance, and color vision.

Compensation Information:

$65,000 - $71,000/year
