The Opportunity
As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting sales performance by maintaining sales processes, reporting, and operational excellence that enable business growth. Working closely with sales, business, and cross-functional teams, you'll help ensure accurate data, efficient workflows, and actionable insights that drive results.

What You'll Accomplish
Support sales operations activities, including customer sales order life cycle.
Manage and maintain inventory levels and interface with our local warehouse
Partner with sales teams, management, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of customer and business requirements.
Generate reports and analyze sales trends, pipeline activity, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Support sales automation tools, forecasting activities, and process enhancements that improve productivity and efficiency.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending practical solutions.
What Sets You Apart
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, Sales Administration, Business Analysis, Reporting, or a related commercial environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with CRM, ERP, or sales management platforms.
Ability to interpret data, communicate insights clearly, and collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
Demonstrated eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and contribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
