Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned SAP MM 

Responsibilities: 

 

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA Materials Management (MM) solution design, implementation, transformation, and support engagements.  

• Provide functional leadership across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, inventory management, material master, vendor/business partner management, invoice verification, and related MM processes.  

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation programs, including solution design, fit-to-standard workshops, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.  

• Engage with senior business stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.  

•   Own solution governance and ensure integration of SAP MM with FI, SD, PP, EWM/WM and other relevant SAP modules.  

•   Lead workshops covering business requirements, process design, solution validation, and fit-gap analysis.  

•  Drive adoption of SAP Activate methodology and oversee implementation deliverables across project phases.  

•  Provide functional oversight for Fiori applications, CDS views, APIs/OData services, integrations, and extensions relevant to MM processes.  

•  Lead testing strategy covering unit testing, SIT, UAT, defect management, cutover, data migration, and go-live readiness.  

•  Manage delivery risks, dependencies, scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.  

•  Lead and mentor SAP MM functional consultants and coordinate with technical, integration, data, and business teams.  

• Support solution estimations, proposals, client presentations, pre-sales activities, and SAP transformation opportunities.  

•  Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP S/4HANA standard capabilities and best practices. 

 

 

Mandatory skill sets: 

 

 12+ years of overall SAP experience, with significant hands-on and leadership experience in SAP MM / Procure-to-Pay.  

  Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, preferably including S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. 

 

 

Preferred skill sets: 

 

SAP certification in S/4HANA Sourcing and Procurement / SAP S/4HANA Cloud.  

             Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and fit-to-standard implementation methodology.  

              Experience in Agile/Scrum and global delivery models.  

Exposure to SAP Ariba, EWM, Central Procurement, Business Network, or adjacent procurement solutions.  

 Experience supporting pre-sales, solutioning, effort estimation, proposals, and client presentations. 

 

Years of experience required: 

 

12+ years of relevant SAP experience, with proven experience leading SAP MM/S/4HANA implementations and client engagements at a senior level. 

 

Education qualification: 

 

•  Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or another relevant discipline.  

• Relevant SAP certifications are preferred.
