Ihre Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
In dieser Position spielen Sie eine zentrale Rolle im Geschäftsprozess der ABB für Mittelspannungslösungen. Sie arbeiten eng mit Verkaufsteams, unseren Lieferanten und unseren Kunden während der Beratungs- und Ausschreibungsphasen zusammen.
Sie tragen direkt zur Qualität und Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unserer Angebote bei, indem Sie technische Expertise, kommerzielles Gespür und Ausführungsgenauigkeit kombinieren.
Arbeitsmodell: Hybrid
Diese Rolle trägt aktiv zur Entwicklung der installierten Mittelspannungsbasis bei unseren Kunden innerhalb der Division Distribution Solutions – ABB Electrification in der Schweiz bei.
Ihre Hauptaufgaben
Angebotanfragen koordinieren und Einhaltung der Fristen während des gesamten Ausschreibungsprozesses sicherstellen
Lasten- und Pflichtenheft, technische Spezifikationen und Kundenanforderungen aus technischer und kommerzieller Perspektive analysieren und die am besten geeigneten Lösungen und Produkte basierend auf Kundenbedarf und Lösungsportfolio auswählen
Angebotsstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebs-, Ingenieur- und Projektmanagement-Teams definieren und Verhandlungen mit Lieferanten während der Angebotsphase führen
Kostenberechnungen durchführen und technische und kommerzielle Angebotsdokumentation strukturieren (Produktbeschreibungen, Services, Leistungen)
Ihr Profil
Abschluss einer Höheren Fachschule (HF) oder Fachhochschule (FH) im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Maschinenbau.
Berufserfahrung in einem industriell-technischen Umfeld, idealerweise in der Erstellung von Angeboten und Offerten.
Selbstständige, flexible und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise.
Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Begeisterung für die Analyse und Auswahl von Geschäftsstrategien sowie die Entwicklung kundenorientierter Lösungen.
Interesse an Kostenkalkulationen und der Erstellung technischer Angebote.
Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Zuverlässigkeit und ausgeprägter beruflicher Integrität.

Your Role and Responsibilities
In this position, you will play a key role in ABB’s medium-voltage solutions business process. You will work closely with sales teams, suppliers, and customers throughout the consultation and tendering phases.
You will contribute directly to the quality and competitiveness of our proposals by combining technical expertise, commercial insight, and execution excellence.
Work model: Hybrid
This role actively contributes to the development of the installed medium-voltage base at our customers within the Distribution Solutions division of ABB Electrification in Switzerland.
Your Key Responsibilities
Coordinate quotation requests and ensure compliance with deadlines throughout the entire tendering and proposal process.
Analyze specifications, technical requirements, and customer needs from both technical and commercial perspectives, and select the most suitable solutions and products based on customer requirements and the available solution portfolio.
Define proposal strategies in collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management teams, and conduct negotiations with suppliers during the proposal phase.
Perform cost calculations and prepare structured technical and commercial proposal documentation, including product descriptions, services, and deliverables.
Qualifications for the role
Degree from a Higher Technical College (HF) or University of Applied Sciences (FH) in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Proven experience in an industrial technical environment, ideally in quotation and proposal preparation.
Independent, flexible, and customer-oriented way of working.
Excellent communication skills in German and a good command of English, both written and spoken.
Passion for analyzing and selecting business strategies and developing customer-focused solutions.
Interest in cost calculations and the preparation of technical proposals and quotations.
Team-oriented personality with a reliable work ethic and a high level of professional integrity.
