About the Role

Manage business requirements on IT systems in AIA China and work out reasonable development plan with user representatives and application service department to meet the objective of business needs, ensuring compliance.

Roles and Responsibilities:    
1.    Act as the contact point to facilitate close and effective communication channel between IT and users.
2.    Analyze business requirements and provide optimum solutions and work out delivery plan.
3.    Functional specification and testing plan quality control.
4.    Manage all requirements on IT systems and distribute regular status report to business users.
5.    Work closely with business functional User Rep &  Application service department to ensure system implementation within required timeline to support business objectives. 
6.    Provide on-site or remote support during user conversions as applicable.
7.    Communicate project scope, status, and risks to all stake holders.
8.    Design training course to develop talent staff , including business knowledge training, new application training, business experience sharing, BA task report support etc.

Job Requirements:

1.    University graduate or above with 5+ years experience in IT requirement, perfectly in Life Insurance

2.    Insurance business knowledge is plus.

3.    Proactive and creative in Insurance industry.

4.    Office software(Word, Excel, PPT etc.) is required.

5.    Good research and analytical ability .

6.    Proficient presentation and communication skill in Mandarin.

7.    Fluent English in both written and oral.
