Overview
The Process Control Specialist is responsible for monitoring the production shipping status and managing plan & actual, downtime (HMGMA / MSV).
Responsibilities
(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)
- Constantly monitor HMGMA and Mobis productivity and shipping screens, as well as the Mobis shipping system (Communication with HMGMA CCR: 24Hr)
- Managing Mobis production order (Non JIS order)
- Gather HMGMA daily, weekly, and monthly plans; generate and send Mobis’ daily production and shipping plans to appropriate departments
- Monitor daily production in real time to ensure that targets are met (plan & Actual)
- Track external and internal downtime requests and provide countermeasures to prevent future downtime
- Issue claims for vendor downtime and complete accounting documents to ensure payments are debited
- Operate Mobis monitoring room & tracking productivity issue and report
- All other duties as assigned

Required Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational skills
- Good interpersonal skills
Preferred Education & Experience:
- 0 to 3 years of experience in Just In Sequence in the Automotive industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or related field
- Equivalent related experience in automotive manufacturing or production planning

Working Conditions:
- 90% office, 10% production floor
- Overtime as needed
- This position is 2nd Shift, approximately 2:30pm – 11:00pm
