Job Description:
Duties: Perform professional operations research and demand planning duties in furtherance of the company's technology and business operations. Plan and implement activities related to the timely, cost-effective procurement, inventory control, planning and quality control of production materials. Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and material control systems to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions. Ensure the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels. Coordinate with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory carrying costs. Create and manage Master Production Schedule and associated BOMs, routings and planning parameters to drive factory orders through the material requirements planning (MRP) system. Balance inventory levels, factory loadings, product availability and lead times in support of business objectives. Global demand planning for variety of technology product families, including intensive collaboration with product and commercial marketing teams, sales, and order fulfillment team. Develop demand planning strategic roadmaps and work with project teams to improve forecasting and planning capabilities and efficiency; highlight and drive solutions for the potential issues such as excess material/inventory and shortage of supply.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Finance, Engineering Management, foreign equivalent or related field.
Three (3) years of experience in job offered, Product, Planning and Fulfillment Analyst, or closely related occupation.
Required skills:
Position requires three (3) years of experience in:
1. ERP System,
2. EDI parameters,
3. SAP expertise,
4. JDA(Blue Yonder ERP).
5. Advanced Data Analysis, and
6. Scenario Modeling.
Salary: $94,250 per year.
