Engineer- SCM - OnePart Data Health

## What you’ll do:

This position will be responsible for Analyzing and Driving Data Health of Parts in OnePart tool and Enovia leveraging spend data from Supplier Insights and Part Meta Data and related models from Enovia PLM to create a visual marketplace of Eaton Components useful for part reuse, rationalization. The incumbent will work with a specialized team within the GSC COE, EIIC, Global Engg teamand IT team. The work will be process based, will deploy analytical models, and will involve close collaboration with Engineering, business stake holders and subject matter experts. This position will Drive Digitalization projects for Digital Tools from Data Health perspective.

"1. Coordinate with Enovia PLM and OnePart IT team on data health improvement projects

2\. Coordinate with Functional Excellence and Engineering teams on data health improvement projects

3\. Analyze OnePart tool data health, Enovia, spend data and identify opportunities for improvement by assessing health of data

4\. Collaborate with Engineering to review the Enovia Data Health and identify oppurtunities for Improvement.

4\. Partner with IT for System Improvement projects for OnePart, Enovia Data Health Improvement.

5\. Participate in governance meetings to review project status and health.

6\. Standardize OnePart Data Health Projects process from SOP and QMS point of View.

7\. Drive Digitization efforts, execute & leverage existing automations on python and Microsoft power platform to improve Data Health of Digital Ecosystem.

8\. Digitalization Efforts include, Design, publish and manage power bi dashboards, Coordinate to setup big data workflows within Digital tools like OnePart, GPS.

9.Support SCM and Engineering teams for data extraction, data analysis and mining through Snowflake, Palantir and SQL.

10.Work on Palantir to enable Data connection, integration, and data analytics – support end to end SCM digitization initiatives

11\. Collaborate with Digitalization team for Proposal on Digital Ecosystem tools data health proposal and Execution plan. Support CFT, data analysts to develop power apps, chatbots wherever applicable.

12\. Scale up New Parts Release Monitoring to other Design Responsibility Teams (Engineering)"

## Qualifications:

Bachelors in Engineering OR Supply Chain Management

Diploma with 10~12 Yrs / BE with 6~10 Yrs / Masters with 4~6 Yrs in Manufacturing or Engineering

## Skills:

"Strong Business Acumen

Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Reporting and Analytics – Should have good experience on data mining, data analysis, report preparation and

Hands on experience of using CAD tools (AutoCAD, ProE, SolidWorks) will be an added advantage

Should be able to read and interpret the engineering drawings Knowledge on supplier spend analysis and data analysis

(automation tools).

Hands on experience on data analytics and digitization tools – Python, Power BI

Knowledge of Power platform – Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Virtual Agents (Chatbot)

Hands on experience on Big data tools – Hive, SQL

Experience as python developer, create simple applications and web scraping

Expert in Microsoft 365 applications.

Exposure on Supply chain and technical data analysis

Hands on Experience on PLM and change management

Should be familiar with IT working methods like agile and related terminologies
