Brand Designer - Beverage

Overview

• Own and execute local and regional brand design projects across the Beverage portfolio.
• Drive design projects from ideation and concept development through refinement, final design, and execution.
• Develop high-quality brand design solutions through hands-on design execution and by leveraging internal and external design resources.
• Translate brand, consumer, and business needs into impactful and actionable design solutions.
• Ensure design work is delivered consistently within established design principles, production processes, and brand guardrails.
• Collaborate closely with senior design leaders, Brand, Marketing, Consumer Insights, Media, Ecommerce, and other cross-functional teams.
• Partner with the International Beverages (IB) Design team for collaboration, alignment, and design approvals.
• Bring strong creative thinking, visual sensibility, problem-solving, and communication skills to every project.

Responsibilities

•  Take ownership of the visual identity and design expression of assigned brands within the portfolio.
• Generate and develop creative design proposals, including visions, scenarios, concepts, and design executions.
• Visualize and clearly articulate creative thinking and design rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead design development from initial ideation through concept refinement and final design recommendation.
• Work closely with Design Lead, Brand, Marketing, and IB Design teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and design principles.
• Participate in research and translate consumer/customer needs into actionable design requirements.
• Develop design solutions across relevant brand and graphic design touchpoints.
• Drive projects toward final design recommendations, decisions, and approvals to enable artwork execution and production.
• Ensure all relevant project variables are thoroughly considered, including design, production, and execution requirements.
• Maintain consistency with design and production guardrails throughout the development process.
• Effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic, and interdisciplinary environment.
• Collaborate with internal and external design partners to deliver high-quality work and achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of solid brand design experience, preferably with experience in FMCG / consumer brands.
• Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Exceptional design taste, craft, and visual judgment.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; 3D software skills are a plus.
• Strong ability to develop and visualize concepts through sketching and/or digital design tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate a strong design point of view.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels and functions.
• Highly collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to contribute to and lead brainstorming sessions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with ambiguity, risk, and uncertainty.
• Able to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Curious about design, culture, and emerging creative trends, with a strong passion for innovation.
• Open-minded, optimistic, proactive, and entrepreneurial in approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, execution-focused mindset.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong brand design thinking, creativity, craft, and execution is required.
