Job Title: Sales Dept: Miami

Promote logistics services to meet sales and growth targets. Maintain optimum relationships with existing customers and seek out new clients through prospecting, following up on development leads.

4. Maintain a high level of customer service with existing customers using face-to-face visits, problem solving, issue resolution, and administrative follow-up.

6. Monitor and review customer sales activities; make adjustments to methods, techniques, and strategies as needed.

High school graduates (BA preferred).

Adequate typing skills (30 – 40 wpm), computer literacy, familiarity with basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). Well-versed in all phases of logistics (air freight and ocean freight operations). Ability to travel extensively. Outstanding, proven sales skills. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Excellent presentation skills. Strong analytical skills. Thorough knowledge of PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).

20/20 vision (with or without corrective lenses). Ability to manage and execute without formal authority. High customer orientation. Excellent interpersonal skills. Bi-lingual in a language other than English an advantage.

Five or more years of sales experience. Logistics industry experience desired but not required.
