THE ROLE
The Facilities Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of multiple corporate facilities, ensuring a safe, efficient, and exceptional workplace experience for employees, visitors, and business partners. This role oversees facilities operations, office services, maintenance, mail and distribution, reception, hospitality services, and contracted support teams.
The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who can effectively prioritize competing demands, navigate complex situations, and consistently make sound, high-quality decisions. This individual will demonstrate a strong commitment to service excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement while fostering a culture of accountability, professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.
WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO
Lead, develop, and manage a high-performing Facilities and Office Services team, including Facilities Coordinators, Receptionists, Baristas, Event Staff, and Bartending Services personnel across multiple locations.
Oversee daily facilities operations, including access control, mail and distribution services, copiers and print centers, pantry management, office supplies, reception services, conference rooms, storage areas, first aid supplies, and emergency preparedness programs.
Manage event operations, meeting and event space scheduling, hospitality services, coffee bars, and lounge areas to ensure a seamless employee and guest experience.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with executives, department leaders, employees, building management, and external service providers to support business objectives and workplace needs.
Direct and oversee vendor activities, including maintenance, repairs, preventative maintenance programs, and contracted services; monitor performance to ensure quality, responsiveness, and compliance with service standards.
Review and monitor internal and building work orders, ensuring requests are prioritized, tracked, and completed in a timely manner.
Manage space planning initiatives, including workspace assignments, office moves, restacks, relocations, seating arrangements, and maintenance of accurate floor plans and occupancy records.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with building management teams, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and invoicing processes, ensuring accurate coding, billing compliance, and budget accountability.
Conduct regular facility inspections and provide direction to janitorial and service providers to ensure workplace standards are consistently maintained.
Lead emergency preparedness efforts, including emergency response procedures, floor warden programs, and business continuity initiatives.
Foster a positive, customer-focused workplace environment that promotes professionalism, collaboration, and operational excellence.
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING
Bachelor’s degree preferred, with 3–5 years of experience managing corporate facilities operations and office services functions, including mailroom operations, reception, maintenance coordination, space planning, and move management.
Proven experience leading, developing, coaching, and managing high-performing teams.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with executives, senior leaders, employees, vendors, contractors, and building management personnel.
Experience managing office restacks, relocations, workspace planning, and move coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Ability to work flexible hours as business needs require, including occasional evenings, weekends, and emergency on-call responsibilities.
Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with security and access control systems is preferred.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and perform physical activities throughout the workday.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license required.

The expected compensation for this position is:
$80,000.00 USD - $100,000.00 USD** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
