About the OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled Consultant or Specialist Robotic Urologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Dubai. This opportunity is open to candidates with Western qualifications only . The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced urological care with a strong focus on robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and manage a broad spectrum of urological conditions.Perform robotic-assisted and minimally invasive urological procedures.Manage complex urological oncology, reconstructive, and benign urological cases.Provide comprehensive outpatient, inpatient, and surgical care.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based patient care.Maintain accurate clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives.Contribute to clinical governance, education, and continuous professional development.RequirementsMBBS or equivalent medical qualification.Western Board Certification/CCT/Fellowship (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or Western Europe).Fellowship or advanced training in Robotic Urology.Eligible for DHA Consultant or Specialist licensure.Candidates must not have previous GCC work experience.Strong expertise in robotic-assisted and laparoscopic urological surgery.Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.BenefitsCompetitive tax-free salary.Comprehensive family benefits package.Medical insurance.Annual paid leave with airfare.CME support and professional development opportunities.Opportunity to work with advanced robotic surgical technology in a leading healthcare organization.
