About Our Family

We are a busy, high-energy household that runs at full speed from morning to night. Between operating a professional services business, homeschooling two school-age children, and managing the full rhythm of everyday family life, our home is well-loved, well-used, and always in motion. We take pride in doing things well in our work and in our home, and we are looking for someone who shares that standard.

Between homeschool and working from home, our household does not get a break from its people. The kitchen, living spaces, and laundry are in constant rotation, and we need someone who can step in and keep things running smoothly without needing to be directed at every turn. We care deeply about our children's environment and the values they are raised with, and we are looking for someone who will respect and support the warm, faith-centered home we have created. We operate as a team and want someone who takes genuine pride in helping a family thrive.

We own a second home out of state and try to get there as often as we can. While we travel together our home in Indiana still needs care. We expect consistent, guaranteed hours during those periods, with the right person staying on in Indiana to manage the house and possibly a few special projects there, handle mail and package deliveries at both the home and our nearby office, and ensure everything is ready for our return.

If you are comfortable in a busy family environment with lots of motion at all times and want a role where you can truly make a difference, we'd love to speak with you.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

  • You bring calm, positive, upbeat energy that the whole household can feel, and you operate with low drama and high initiative.
  • You don’t need a task list to figure out what needs to be done. You read the room, notice what’s off, and take care of it
  • You will start your morning off tackling household responsibilities while the kids complete their homeschool work, help with midday lunch prep and then transition seamlessly into taking over childcare
  • You are warm and genuinely engaged with the children, but also understand this is a professional relationship with clear expectations
  • You can receive feedback without taking it personally and take pride in doing things right the first time
  • You are consistently dependable.. If you say you will be there, you are there, regardless of weather or circumstance
