Job Description Summary

GE Vernova is looking for a Brand Partnerships & Talent Marketing Manager to join our Global Brand team at a pivotal moment in the company’s growth. This role will help shape how GE Vernova shows up through signature brand experiences, strategic sponsorships, and next-generation talent marketing initiatives.

You’ll help develop partnerships and experiences that bring our brand to life while creating stronger connections with the people who will build the future of energy. Working across Global Brand, Talent Acquisition, Communications, business and regional teams, you’ll connect upper-funnel brand awareness to talent engagement and recruiting priorities—creating cohesive journeys that move audiences from awareness to interest.

This role is ideal for any marketer with foundational experience across brand marketing, partnerships, experiential marketing, and integrated campaigns. You should be equally comfortable helping shape the strategy, developing a creative concept, and managing the details required to bring an experience to life.

You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, helping GE Vernova build a distinctive presence in culture and establish a compelling talent brand for the next generation. This is an opportunity to be a founder and grow alongside a newly launched global brand and a company actively defining the future of energy.

Job Description

About GE Vernova

GE Vernova is the world’s leading energy technology company, purpose-built for one of the most urgent and complex global challenges: delivering the reliable, affordable, and sustainable electricity needed to power communities, industries, and global progress.

As AI, manufacturing, and electrification drive unprecedented power demand, energy has become one of the world’s defining innovation frontiers. GE Vernova was built for this moment, with a singular mission: Electrify to Thrive and Decarbonize.

Spun out of GE and launched as a standalone company in 2024, GE Vernova combines the focus and speed of a startup with more than 130 years of energy innovation experience. Today, approximately 25% of the world’s electricity runs on our technology, which is deployed across 140+ countries and spans the full energy ecosystem.

Our name reflects both our legacy and our ambition. We carry forward the trusted legacy of GE, a badge earned through decades of engineering excellence. “Ver” and “verde” reflect the lush, verdant planet we are committed to protecting. “Nova,” from novus, signals a new era defined by innovation, reinvention, and momentum.

Across Power, Wind, and Electrification, our businesses work together to accelerate the transition to more sustainable energy while helping ensure the reliability the world depends on. Our work powers economies, supports communities, and delivers electricity that is vital to health, safety, and quality of life.

Together, we have The Energy to Change the World, and we’re just getting started.

What You’ll Do

  • Help shape and execute GE Vernova’s global sponsorship and partnership strategy, evaluating opportunities based on brand fit, audience relevance, storytelling potential, and business impact.
  • Lead signature brand experiences, sponsorship activations, and next-generation talent marketing initiatives from strategy and creative development through execution and measurement.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to translate workforce priorities into integrated marketing strategies and connected audience journeys across paid, owned, earned, experiential, and recruiting channels.
  • Develop activation strategies, creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and programming concepts that bring GE Vernova’s brand and mission to life for priority audiences.
  • Align Global Brand, Talent Acquisition, Communications, business and regional teams—as well as external partners, agencies, producers, and vendors—to deliver high-quality, cohesive programs.
  • Manage end-to-end program delivery, including timelines, budgets, contracts, approvals, production, on-site activation, and post-program evaluation.
  • Define success metrics, track performance, and translate results into insights that strengthen future sponsorship and talent marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor cultural, workforce, and marketing trends to identify new opportunities to engage next-generation talent and increase GE Vernova’s relevance.

What You Bring

  • 2-8 years of experience in brand, partnership, sponsorship, experiential, event, talent, or integrated marketing.
  • Experience developing and executing brand partnerships, sponsorship activations, experiences, or integrated marketing programs—from strategy and creative development through delivery.
  • An understanding of how upper-funnel brand marketing can support talent engagement, recruiting, and broader business objectives.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating across internal teams and with external partners, agencies, producers, and vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing briefs, recommendations, and presentations.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support sponsorships, events, and brand activations.

What Sets You Apart

  • Passion for our mission and the relentless optimism to see the possibilities ahead.
  • Experience creating marketing programs for next-generation talent audiences, including students, early-career professionals, skilled tradespeople, or engineers.
  • Curiosity about how brands build relevance through partnerships, experiences, culture, and community.
  • Strong creative instincts and the ability to identify ideas that inspire participation, engagement, and storytelling.
  • Interest in energy, climate, technology, workforce development, or purpose-driven work; deep subject-matter expertise is not required.
  • Curiosity and early experimentation with AI technologies, tools, and new ways of working.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a collaborative mindset, including the ability to work effectively across teams, cultures, and time zones.

Why This Role Matters

This is more than a partnerships role. It’s a chance to:

  • Help define how a newly formed global brand shows up through meaningful partnerships, experiences, and cultural moments.
  • Build connected programs that strengthen GE Vernova’s reputation while inspiring the next generation to see themselves in the future of energy.
  • Connect brand marketing and talent priorities in a way that creates measurable value across the organization.
  • Work with senior leaders, external partners, and creative collaborators on high-visibility initiatives.
  • Build foundational experience across brand strategy, partnerships, experiential marketing, integrated campaigns, and talent marketing.

If you’re excited by the idea of helping build the future of energy — and the brand that represents it — we’d love to meet you.
