As a Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead, you will collaboratively manage the schedule, budget, and technical oversight of subsystem deliverables for assigned control accounts to one or many programs. You will be empowered to and responsible for driving the team execution for delivering quality hardware against program delivery dates, optimizing production capacity and improving designs and manufacturability to meet required manufacturing rates. The position will require working with company and program management, multiple engineering teams, production, ATLO (Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations), and our Customers to deliver qualified subsystem components on time and on budget.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead, develop, coordinate, integrate, analyze, and maintain integrated plans and schedules for complex projects, programs and change driven activities in accordance with project management industry
Lead studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), reports, risk assessments and planning efforts to determine impacts, constraints involving product development, production rates, process improvement, program initiatives
Identify risk and opportunity potential, develop mitigation planning and refine the business case
Develop and establish lead time requirements
Facilitate and ensure integration of project/program plan, schedules, change and baseline management, processes, techniques considered to be best practice across the industry
Act as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Direct all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Coordinate commitments with internal and external stakeholders to fulfill strategies
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Aerospace, Computer, Electrical, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or Electronic Design
5 years’ experience in program or project management
5 years of experience managing project schedules and utilizing standard project management tools
Experience managing electronic components supporting Military and Aerospace Systems
Experience working in a cross functional environment
Experience working with military or space electronicsThis position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. A final U.S. clearance Post Start is required
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Project Leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skill
Experience with Harness Design
Experience with PCB Design
Experience using tools and metrics in managing activities
Understanding of execution methodologies (waterfall, agile, etc.) and the ability to tailor them based on program needs
Demonstrate the ability to balance the needs of multiple programs and stakeholders in a resource and schedule constrained environment
Ability to determine and proactively act on program execution trends
Knowledge of satellite systems and components
Experience with Confluence

Level 3: $101, 150 - $148,750
