Operation Program Manager (EPDII)
Location: San Jose/Sunnyvale (EPD II)

Summary
This position manages operational projects, ensuring alignment with the program model while focusing on optimizing production processes, mitigating risks, and improving overall operational efficiency. This is an on-site role, and physical presence at the facility is required to effectively perform the job responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand, optimizing production capacity and minimizing downtime.
- Coordinate production plans with relevant departments (e.g., procurement, engineering, and logistics) to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor inventory levels, ensure the availability of materials, and prevent overstock or stockouts.
- Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to ensure production efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
- Manage and update production schedules based on changes in customer orders, production delays, or material shortages.
- Ensure that production processes comply with quality, cost, and delivery targets.
- Support the fulfillment process by overseeing packaging, shipping, and delivery schedules to meet customer deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of production schedules, inventory levels, and fulfillment status, generating reports for management.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production planning and fulfillment processes to drive efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with ERP software and production planning tools.
- Strong understanding of inventory management, lead times, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines and achieving production goals.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus but not required.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related technical discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, and fulfillment in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
