Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Facilities Manager to join our team! In this role, you will help manage the customer’s physical space and seating strategy across multiple locations while providing IT asset management support to an Intelligence Community customer. You will have the opportunity to improve space utilization, strengthen operational visibility, and support mission-critical facilities planning.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and maintain a physical space implementation plan for the customer. The plan will include processes and tools to monitor and track vacancies, equipment such as thick- and thin-client computers, optimal seating arrangements, and special emergency requirements at customer locations.
• The contractor shall deliver the physical space implementation plan within a timeframe established by the Government following approval of the Physical Space Annex, Annex 3.
• Leverage appropriate tools and technologies to develop and maintain a Tableau dashboard that provides visibility into physical space activities, including space requirements, the current customer footprint, costs, risks, and challenges. The dashboard shall be updated at least weekly and used to support semiannual reviews and reporting.
• In coordination with the Government, develop and maintain space management policies, procedures, and standards for the customer.
• Leverage appropriate tools and technologies to manage and visualize physical space activities across all customer locations, including vacancies, equipment such as thick- and thin-client computers, optimal seating arrangements, and special requirements for emergency planning.
• Collect, reconcile, and integrate authorized data sources from across customer locations to support an accurate and current representation of the customer’s physical footprint.
• Provide IT asset management support for customer equipment, including tracking, reporting, and maintaining visibility into equipment assigned to physical spaces, as requested.
• As requested, provide in-depth reviews of the customer’s physical space program and make recommendations to support enterprise-level governance, decision-making, and continuous improvement.

Required Clearance:

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must have an active TS/SCI clearance

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in facilities management, business administration, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related professional experience.
• Previous experience working in facilities management, space optimization, seating management, and IT asset management.
• Experience developing or maintaining space-management plans, operational dashboards, or related management tools.
• Experience collecting, reconciling, and analyzing data from multiple locations or systemsStrong communication, organization, and stakeholder-management skills.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience working with the Department of Defense or Intelligence Community.
• Experience using Tableau or similar data visualization and reporting tools.
• Experience developing facilities policies, procedures, standards, or governance processes.
• Experience supporting geographically distributed facilities or complex customer environments.

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required for this position.​

Salary Range: $103,500.00 - $181,100.00
