Overview

Retail Media Senior Manager

We are hiring a Retail Media Senior Manager to join Publicis Commerce at an exciting stage of growth. This is an opportunity to help shape how some of the world's leading brands connect with shoppers across the evolving retail media landscape. You'll combine strategic thinking, commercial insight and hands-on campaign leadership to deliver measurable impact for clients. Responsibilities

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of retail media campaigns, ensuring strong performance and excellent client outcomes.
• Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, building long-term relationships based on results and collaboration.
• Use data, insights and market trends to identify opportunities for optimisation, innovation and account growth.
• Deliver clear and impactful reporting, turning performance data into actionable recommendations.
• Partner with specialists across media, commerce and digital channels to create integrated client solutions.
• Support and develop team members through coaching, mentoring and sharing best practice.
• Build strong relationships with retail and technology partners to help clients stay ahead of industry developments.

Qualifications

Skills we're looking for:

• Experience leading retail media or digital advertising campaigns, ideally within an agency, consultancy or client-side environment.
• Strong understanding of retail media platforms, marketplaces and performance marketing principles.
• Ability to translate data and insights into meaningful business recommendations.
• Confident communication and presentation skills, with experience managing a range of stakeholders.
• Experience supporting, mentoring or leading teams in a collaborative environment.
• Commercial awareness and a strategic approach to solving client challenges.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a genuine passion for the future of commerce and retail media.
