Los Ojos, NM | 1099 Contract | $17–$19/Hour | 12-Hour Shifts | 7 Days/Week

Giving Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide high-quality, one-on-one care to a patient in the comfort and familiarity of their own home.

This is a 1099 contract opportunity with consistent hours available. The caregiver will provide care in accordance with the physician-established plan of care and help support the patient’s comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being.

Position Details

• Location: Los Ojos, NM

• Position: Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Pay: $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience

• Schedule: 12 hours per day, 7 days per week

• Setting: Patient’s private residence

• Care: One-on-one, in-home patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care to the patient in their home.

• Assist the patient with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care needs.

• Assist with mobility, positioning, transfers, and other care needs as outlined in the plan of care.

• Provide companionship and help create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

• Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

• Prepare meals and assist with nutrition and hydration as needed.

• Monitor and report changes in the patient’s condition and, as directed by the plan of care, monitor vital signs such as temperature and respiration.

• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the care plan and applicable scope of practice.

• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation of services provided.

• Communicate professionally with the patient’s family and other authorized individuals regarding the patient’s care and well-being.

• Follow the physician-established plan of care and all applicable policies and procedures.

• Treat every patient with dignity, respect, compassion, and professionalism.
