Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems or applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective software components. The engineer actively participates in iterative development cycles, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals. Problem-solving and adapting to evolving project needs are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and quality in software delivery.

He / She should manage App/Web product management. Lead sprint planning and backlog grooming to streamline development cycles with the team. Create and prioritize a product backlog and continuously refine it based on customer feedback and changing business needs. Drive requirement gathering and collaborate on UI/UX design preparation. Perform UAT to validate new features and functionalities. Represent HMA SPA teams during business meetings. Manage Web &App release management.
Manage iOS and Android app store reviews and ratings in the app stores. Address customer concerns and feedback prioritizing low-rated reviews.

- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.
- Drive innovation by researching and applying emerging technologies relevant to connected vehicle software development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Connected Vehicles.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience with system integration and real-time data processing.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with communication protocols and standards used in connected vehicle environments.
- Skilled in debugging, testing, and optimizing software performance.
- Good in oral / written communications and manage independently. Connected car experience is bonus

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 plus years of experience in Connected Vehicles.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
