As our Registered Nurse, Staff Nurse II, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Performs appropriate and age specific triage on all patients within 5 minutes of arrival to ED including chief complaint, v.s., time and signature.
Assignment of level of triage as appropriate based on brief history and indicated vital signs. Performs and documents appropriate nursing history and physical admission on an ongoing basis.
Performs and documents age specific basic physiological condition of the patient to include; mental status, skin signs, pain level and complaint specific information.
Reflects psychosocial needs of the patient.
Reflects perceptions of patient and/or significant others of his health problem(s) and his expectations of the present hospitalization.
Provides information needed to begin discharge planning.

Required
- Registered Nurse: CA (RN:CA)
- Basic Life Support - CPR (BLS-CPR)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 90 Days
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 90 Days
Preferred
- Previous Emergency Department experience
