FP&A Specialist - Data & Analytics

Key Responsibilities:

1.          Data Analysis, Visualization and Insight Generation:

• Transform raw data into actionable insights to support strategic financial decisions.
• Utilize Advanced Power BI, DAX, and SAC Analytics to create and manage dashboards and reports.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.

2.          Data Governance and Integrity:

• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce data governance policies within SAP and other digital finance systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices across all data management activities.

3.          Digital Systems Management:

• Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of digital and data systems.
• Lead projects aimed at enhancing data-driven decision-making and ensure quality and accuracy in financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
• Support the continuous improvement of data systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

4.          Collaboration and Leadership:

• Work closely with finance and IT teams to integrate data insights into business strategies.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices in data analytics and visualization.
• Lead initiatives to upgrade analytical capabilities and explore new tools and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in data analytics projects, preferably within a financial planning and analysis context.
• Proficiency in Advanced Power BI, DAX, SAC Analytics, and Advanced Excel.
• Familiarity with SQL and Python is an asset.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles.
• Experience with SAP and other financial systems is preferred.
• English proficiency from intermediate to advanced.
