Job Description

As a Security Guard Full Time Monitoring Patrol  in Wellington, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential property, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and support residents and guests with professional communication. This driving position offers the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while responding to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols at a residential community.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, roadways, parking areas, entry points, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and observe incoming and outgoing vehicle and pedestrian activity in accordance with community policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and emergency situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, unusual activity, and security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 2+ years of law enforcement, military police, or corrections experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for role.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
