About the role
As our Supply Chain Master Data & ASN Manager, you'll lead the development of the standards, governance and processes that underpin accurate supply chain data across our business. From improving product master data and advancing ASN capability to establishing logistics packaging and labelling standards, your work will help create a more efficient, compliant and connected network.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a newly created role where you'll influence the way we work across Supply Chain, Merchandising, Global Sourcing and Technology teams. You'll be at the centre of driving long-term improvements that support network optimisation, operational efficiency and better outcomes for our team and customers. You'll bring together people, processes and data to create lasting improvements across the network.
What's involved
- Lead the strategy and roadmap to improve master data quality across our product and supply chain ecosystem
- Drive ASN (advanced shipping notice) and SSCC (serial shipping container code) enablement programs across our supplier network to improve visibility, compliance and operational efficiency
- Establish logistics packaging, palletisation and labelling standards that support safe and efficient movement of goods
- Develop governance frameworks, business rules and conformance processes that create accountability across internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with Distribution Centres, Fulfilment Centres, Global Sourcing, Merchandising and Technology teams to improve data accuracy and system adoption
- Identify and deliver continuous improvement initiatives that unlock efficiencies across transport, storage, handling and network operations
- Use data, insights and analytics to solve complex supply chain challenges and improve decision-making
- Lead audits and performance reviews to identify gaps, manage exceptions and drive sustainable improvements
- Support and develop team capability while fostering a culture of collaboration, learning and continuous improvement
Who we're looking for
You're someone who enjoys solving complex operational challenges and bringing teams together to achieve a common goal. You can confidently navigate both technical and business conversations, translating complex data requirements into practical solutions that people can understand and act on.
You'll thrive in an environment where you're building new capabilities, influencing change and working across a broad stakeholder network.
You'll need
- Deep understanding of supply chain master data management and governance practices
- Proven ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) and SSCC (serial shipping container code) implementation expertise, including supplier engagement and enablement
- Strong experience in supply chain, distribution centre or logistics leadership roles
- Experience developing standards, compliance programs and conformance management processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with the ability to manage complex product and data structures
- Demonstrated success leading change and embedding new ways of working across multiple stakeholder groups
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the business
- Experience delivering continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- People leadership experience, including coaching and developing team members
- Tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related discipline will be highly regarded
You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.
