As a Student Worker in our Service Operations team, you will gain valuable experience about service process in a regulated Medtech environment. You will be part of Nordic Service Organization supporting Philips Health System Nordic market organization, a team of 180 colleagues spread across the Nordic region. Your role

• AI enablement: Test and scale AI solutions for Sales Operations teams.
• Installed based management: Maintain and update essential IB data in our systems to ensure smooth and efficient service operations. This require internal and external interactions
• General SOM Project Support: Assist with various projects related to process improvement (e.g. LEAN), implementation of new features as mobile app and CMMS.
• Administrative Support: Handle general administrative tasks to support the Service operation team.
  
  

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

•  Currently enrolled in a university program in a relevant field for a minimum of the next 6 months

•  Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and comfortable in working with Microsoft Office Suite

•  Appetite for innovation and AI

•  Proficient in English, Knowledge in another Nordic language is beneficial

•    Availability to work part-time (approx. 20h/week minimum) starting asap in 2026 in our Solna office and located locally

What We Offer

Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The hourly rate we offer for this role is 162 SEK for a bachelor's degree student and 174 SEK for a masters degree student excluding holiday allowance. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. We’ll share further details during the interview process. AI is an important part of how we innovate and work at Philips.
