MAIN DUTIES
1. Project Coordination
- Monitor and update the status of assigned opportunities and customer onboarding projects.
- Escalate onboarding issues and risks to appropriate team members and assist in coordinating resolutions.
- Support Pilot and Pre-Production Ramp-Up activities, including scheduling and coordination of product and user training.
- Maintain and update reporting templates to support status reporting and progress tracking.
- Organize project documentation and participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates as needed.
2. Solution and Proposal Support
- Gather and consolidate input from internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Solutions, Operations, Sales, and Technical Support.
- Assist in documenting acceptance criteria for SaaS & Services Success proposals and pilot programs.
- Maintain proposal, onboarding, and project documentation templates and repositories.
- Prepare and update project-related documentation and materials as directed.
3. Customer Engagement Support
- Serve as a point of coordination for customer onboarding activities and project communications.
- Collect and document customer feedback regarding user experience and product performance.
- Share customer feedback and enhancement requests with Product Management and Development teams
- Support customer adoption and engagement activities to help ensure a positive onboarding experience.
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
Bachelor’s degree required
Technical field preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE OR TRAINING
Requires at least 1 year of relevant experience in project management, customer delivery, onboarding, and/or project implementation
External customer facing experience would be very helpful
Working knowledge of systems integration and product data support
Capable of facilitating projects across multiple location and reporting relationships
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Capable of communicating in verbal, written and presentation forms
Proven project management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Mature, professional demeanor and proven ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment
Demonstrated success defining and delivering projects on time
OTHER WORK CONDITIONS
Schedule will be 8AM to 5PM ET US Time, Monday to Friday, but may still have a shifting schedule/weekend work if needed.
Must be willing to have a hybrid arrangement and work on-site for thrice per week.
Must be able to effectively and independently function while maintaining a positive energy level in an environment of constantly shifting demands
