About the Role
Are you a strategic product leader with a passion for delivering customer-focused solutions and driving commercial growth?
BOQ Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager Retail Product & Lifecycle (Group Deposits) to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our deposit’s portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Group Deposits, you will lead the development and execution of innovative deposit propositions, acquisition strategies, and lifecycle initiatives that drive sustainable growth across BOQ Group brands.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you will combine customer insights, portfolio performance, market intelligence and commercial expertise to identify growth opportunities and enhance customer value.
Working across Product, Distribution, Digital, Marketing, Finance, Treasury, Operations, Risk and Compliance, you will influence enterprise-wide outcomes, ensuring propositions and campaigns deliver strong customer experiences, competitive differentiation and funding performance.
You will also lead a small team of product professionals, build capability while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
About You
You are a commercially minded and strategically focused banking professional with extensive experience managing products and portfolios within financial services.
You thrive in complex environments, balancing customer, commercial, funding and regulatory considerations to deliver strong business outcomes.
Your ability to analyze data, interpret market trends and translate insights into compelling customer propositions sets you apart.
You are an influential stakeholder manager who can bring together diverse teams, navigate competing priorities and drive initiatives from concept through to implementation.
To be successful, you will bring significant experience across product management, acquisition, proposition development and portfolio performance, along with strong knowledge of regulatory and governance frameworks within banking.
Experience leading teams and delivering growth strategies for retail banking portfolios will be highly regarded.
A tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Marketing or a related discipline is desirable.
