Research Coordinator

misco International has an ever-expanding product range covering all areas of marketing research. It was one of the first research and consultancy companies established in Malta and through many years of continuous operations in the country we have acquired a unique understanding of market conditions and consumer behaviour. We are currently seeking to recruit a Research Coordinator to join our team.

 

The selected candidate will contribute to the various aspects of the market research process. They will be responsible for the overall management of our team of research interviewers and will ensure that fieldwork is conducted on time and according to client specifications. They will be scheduling projects, assigning work to interviewers, planning and coordinating fieldwork, executing quality control procedures to ensure that work is delivered in accordance with our high standards, handling the recruitment and training of new interviewers, collaborating with the finance team in payroll processes and supporting the team with tasks as required.

 

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a graduate in commerce, communications, psychology, sociology or a related subject;
• Have very high quality standards and excellent verbal and written English and Maltese;
• Have a flexible and customer centric approach to work coupled with a positive attitude; 
• Be prepared to work under pressure and able to respect deadlines;
• Excellent communication skills with people at all levels;
• The ability to coordinate a number of projects simultaneously (multi-tasking);
• Proactivity in handling routine issues;
• Excellent time management skills;
• The ability to work without constant supervision; and,
• Organised and meticulous in the performance of duties.

 

Familiarity with marketing research methods, a sound knowledge of IT and an eye for detail coupled with an analytical and methodical approach to work are very important for this position.
