Description
- Own the planning and execution of regional field marketing activity, including third-party sponsorships, conferences, executive events, roundtables and customer experiences.
- Deliver events end-to-end, including venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, branding, invitations, attendee management, on-site execution and post-event follow-up.
- Execute programs using established event playbooks and booth toolkits, adapting activities for individual markets while maintaining brand and execution standards.
- Partner with Sales and Growth teams to activate priority strategic accounts through ABM programs such as executive dinners, roundtables and targeted on-site experiences.
- Support country launches end-to-end alongside the Country GM and Growth Marketer, coordinating launch events, local activations, partners, venues and supporting marketing activity.
- Manage local agencies, venues, suppliers and event partners, ensuring high-quality delivery within defined country marketing budgets.
- Track program performance, pipeline contribution, engagement and event ROI, consolidating key learnings to improve future activity.
- Build strong knowledge of LATAM market and identify locally relevant opportunities to strengthen brand presence and customer engagement.
- Travel across the region as required to support events, launches and strategic account activations.
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Based in Bogota, Colombia
- Approximately 5 to 7 years of B2B field marketing, events or integrated marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience planning and delivering physical events from concept through execution.
- Experience supporting ABM, demand generation or strategic account marketing programs.
- Proven ability to partner closely with Sales, Growth and commercial stakeholders.
- Strong regional knowledge and understanding of LATAM market
- Experience managing agencies, venues, vendors and event budgets.
- Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, with strong project management and organisational skills.
- Experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise technology or a high-growth technology company.
- Previous experience in a scale-up environment or supporting country and market launches.
- Existing relationships within the regional technology, events, or B2B marketing ecosystem.
- Experience working across multiple LATAM markets rather than a single country.
