Contract: Typically 6–12 months via Algomarketing, with potential for extension
Algomarketing is preparing for upcoming Regional Field Marketing Manager opportunities with a fast-growing global AI company, and we are starting to build a talent pool of experienced field marketing professionals in the UAE.

As a Regional Field Marketing Manager, you would take ownership of field marketing activity across the UAE and potentially support activity in Saudi Arabia.
You would be responsible for delivering executive events, strategic account activations, local market launches and other regional marketing programmes, working closely with sales, growth teams and regional leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver regional events from start to finish, including conferences, executive roundtables, VIP dinners and market launches.
- Partner closely with Sales and Growth Marketing to support strategic enterprise accounts.
- Deliver local account-based marketing activities.
- Support market expansion and brand growth across the UAE and wider region.
- Source, negotiate with and manage local venues, agencies, suppliers and production partners.
- Manage event budgets, timelines and logistics.
- Adapt global marketing programmes to suit the local market.
- Coordinate senior internal stakeholders, customers, prospects and external partners.
- Track event performance and regional marketing impact.
- Travel across the region when needed.

- Around 3–6 years of experience in B2B field marketing, event marketing, regional marketing or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, technology or a high-growth start-up or scale-up is strongly preferred.
- Strong experience independently delivering B2B and executive events.
- Experience supporting sales teams and strategic enterprise accounts.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders and C-suite customers or prospects.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience managing local venues, agencies, suppliers and event budgets.
- Good knowledge of the UAE business and events market.
- Existing venue or supplier networks in the UAE are a strong advantage.
- Experience supporting activity in Saudi Arabia is a plus.
- Fluent English.
- Arabic is a strong advantage.
