A well-established, family-owned commercial specialty subcontractor in the Greater Philadelphia area is looking to add an experienced Superintendent to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in commercial drywall, carpentry, framing, and interior construction who is comfortable being hands-on in the field and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

The company has built a strong reputation in the commercial construction industry and is looking for someone dependable, experienced, and capable of leading work in the field while working directly with company leadership and project teams.

What You'll Do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries
• Manage project schedules and help ensure work stays on track
• Review drawings, specifications, and project plans
• Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and other trades
• Monitor quality of work and ensure projects are completed to company standards
• Identify potential issues in the field and work toward solutions
• Conduct site walks and communicate project progress to leadership
• Help coordinate manpower and materials based on project needs
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite
• Ensure work is being completed according to plans, specifications, and schedules
• Communicate with General Contractors and other project stakeholders
• Help manage multiple projects and priorities as needed
• Take ownership of the project from mobilization through completion

What We're Looking For

• Experience as a Superintendent or Foreman in commercial construction
• Strong background in commercial drywall and carpentry
• Experience with commercial interiors, framing, ceilings, or related scopes
• Ability to read and understand architectural drawings and specifications
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and jobsite operations
• Experience coordinating crews and multiple trades
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to identify and resolve issues in the field
• Comfortable working directly with General Contractors and project teams
• Someone who is hands-on and willing to get involved in the details
• Reliable, accountable, and capable of taking ownership of a project
