Collaboration. Authenticity. Connection. Balance.
At Cohere, we believe community is the most valuable amenity.
We do more than manage communities—we help create places where people connect, belong, and thrive. By partnering with some of the nation's most innovative master-planned communities, we create places residents are proud to call home and where meaningful relationships flourish.
We’re looking for an Executive Director to lead our team at Silverwood, one of Southern California’s largest new master-planned communities. Centered around its Life Panoramic vision, Silverwood will ultimately span more than 9,000 acres and 15,000 homes, with nearly half of its land dedicated to open space, conservation, parks, trails, and the Serrano Preserve.
In this role, you’ll provide overall leadership for Community Life at Silverwood, partnering closely with the developer, boards, residents, community stakeholders, and your on-site team to help shape a connected, active, and thriving community.
This is an opportunity to lead at both the strategic and community level—setting direction, developing your team, overseeing operations and financial performance, and building the relationships that will help define Silverwood as it grows.
If you’re a strong, visible leader who knows how to bring people together, navigate complex stakeholder relationships, and turn a community vision into meaningful experiences and strong operations, we’d love to meet you.
