About the Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager for a one-year fixed-term position covering parental leave with the possibility of extension.
You will build Consat Telematics’ digital presence, ensuring we are visible, relevant and easy to find across the channels where our customers and industry engage. You will work hands-on with our website, social media, news, press releases and digital content, continuously developing how we reach and engage our target audiences.
You will turn complex technology and industry topics into clear, engaging content, combining planning and execution with analysis of digital performance. You will also ensure our content is structured and optimised for both traditional SEO and evolving AI-powered search.
You will work closely with the CMO, local Customer Market Units, the product organisation and the Consat Group marketing team.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Manage and develop Consat Telematics’ social media presence, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.
Plan, create, publish and follow up on digital content and campaigns.
Create news articles, press releases, customer stories and thought leadership content.
Manage and develop our website and digital content in WordPress.
Work with SEO, keyword strategy, content optimisation and website performance to strengthen organic visibility.
Develop our AI Search / Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) approach, ensuring content is structured, relevant and discoverable through traditional search engines and AI-powered search.
Analyse digital performance and insights to identify effective content and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to gather stories, insights and content from markets worldwide.
Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice and brand presence across digital channels.
Follow developments in digital marketing, social media, SEO and AI, introducing relevant tools and ways of working.
We are looking for someone who has
Experience in digital marketing, communications or content marketing, preferably within B2B or technology.
Strong professional experience with LinkedIn and other social media channels.
Experience creating and publishing content, from social media posts to articles, customer stories and press releases.
Hands-on experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.
Good knowledge of SEO, AI search and digital content optimisation.
Experience with SharePoint, Lime and MyNewsdesk.
An analytical mindset and experience using digital analytics to improve content and campaigns.
Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
A hands-on mindset, combining idea development with execution.
Strong collaboration skills across teams, markets and areas of expertise.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
A university degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in public transportation, mobility, ITS or another technology-driven industry is an advantage, but not a requirement.
