Interface Coordinator

Interface Coordinator – Power Generation - Texas

Verto People is recruiting an Interface Coordinator to support the delivery of a power generation project.

You’ll coordinate between engineering teams, contractors, equipment suppliers and external stakeholders, ensuring responsibilities are clear and information is available when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the project interface register, tracking responsibilities, actions and deadlines.

• Coordinate technical information exchange between project participants.

• Identify missing information, scope gaps and overdue deliverables.

• Lead coordination meetings and document decisions and agreed actions.

• Escalate unresolved issues that could affect design or site progress.

• Track interface resolution through engineering, construction and commissioning.

Requirements

• At least eight years of interface coordination experience on major capital projects.

• A technical background with the ability to understand engineering information and scope boundaries.

• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to following up outstanding actions.

• Confidence working across multiple contractors and stakeholder groups.

• An engineering degree or equivalent relevant experience.

Previous owner-side experience and familiarity with digital project documentation tools would be advantageous.
