As Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting and hiring talent across Cencora Norway’s business areas, with a particular focus on our pharmacies. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle and build strong candidate relationships that support both current and future workforce needs.

The role is part of a larger international team and operates within a matrix reporting structure. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR and other stakeholders across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from initial briefing through to hire and onboarding, including proactive sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate presentation and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define workforce needs, develop clear job descriptions and build relevant talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
• Act as a trusted adviser by developing and recommending targeted recruitment strategies that deliver effective searches within agreed timeframes.
• Maintain clear, consistent and transparent communication with hiring managers, HR and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Use proactive sourcing methods, build relationships with industry professionals and remain informed about market, industry and functional trends.
• Develop and maintain networks of contacts that help identify and source qualified candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective candidates for future opportunities.
• Proactively engage and secure high-demand talent ahead of competitors.
• Ensure that we operate in accordance with all current policies, procedures and regulations.
• Draft and publish job advertisements across different media, coordinate internal job postings, and use internet-based sources for online recruitment to identify and recruit candidates.
• Coordinate participation in job fairs, career days and similar events as required.
• Participate in and/or take ownership of various employer branding activities.
• Develop and implement recruitment processes that support a consistent and efficient approach across the pharmacy network.
• Use Workday, our applicant tracking system, and Phenom, our AI-powered talent experience and talent management platform, as an integral part of daily recruitment activities.
• Support the pharmacy network and travel as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred.
• Experience as a Recruiter/Senior Recruiter in an in-house environment, preferably within healthcare.
• Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to proactively identify and engage high-quality talent.
• Strong networking skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and the external market.
• Experience applying best practices and sharing knowledge internally.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident under pressure and able to navigate a complex organisational structure.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work in a structured and goal-oriented way, with a strong focus on delivery.
