What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and launch integrations that connect business-critical systems across the organization, helping teams work smarter and more efficiently.
• Develop secure APIs, webhooks, MCP servers, and AI integration solutions that enable seamless connectivity between platforms and emerging AI technologies.
• Take ownership of data flows by defining mappings, transformation logic, and technical specifications that ensure accurate and reliable information exchange.
• Build and enhance data pipelines that power enterprise reporting, analytics, and next-generation AI applications.
• Shape the organization's AI capabilities by developing retrieval, indexing, vectorization, and search solutions that improve how information is accessed and utilized.
• Ensure solutions are production-ready through robust testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization, with a strong focus on reliability and scalability.
• Partner closely with Product, Data, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful integration solutions while maintaining security, governance, and best-practice engineering standards.

Key Criteria

• At least 5 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations between business applications in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven integration architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and secure deployment practices.
• Solid understanding of AI-powered solutions, including retrieval pipelines, vector databases, search indexing, or RAG-based applications.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver reliable, well-documented solutions with a strong focus on testing, troubleshooting, security, and stakeholder collaboration.

Work setup:

• Metro Manila (BGC): 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM PHT; Hybrid setup.
• Ho Chi Minh City (Ree Tower): 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM VNT; Hybrid setup.
