We're looking for a Head of Sales (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you'll own
- Lead and develop the Sales team, setting clear objectives and driving the implementation of sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop and execute strategies for payment acceptance services to grow our customer portfolio, increase profitability, and manage business risks.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing customers and strategic partners, leading commercial negotiations to drive sustainable business growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to identify new business opportunities and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
- Drive process improvements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize sales performance and deliver the best solutions for our customers.
What you'll bring
- At least 5 years of professional experience in Sales or a comparable commercial role, ideally with leadership responsibility.
- Strong knowledge of the card payments industry and relevant regulatory requirements within the region.
- Proven experience in sales strategy, process management, and developing customer and partner relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, combined with strong organizational abilities and a results driven mindset.
- Fluency in written and spoken English, with the ability and willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
It’s a bonus if you have
- A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience managing and developing sales teams in the payment acceptance business.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience working in an international business environment.
