Description
These professionals support the planning, coordination, and execution of operational and project-related activities. They work independently on assigned tasks, maintain project documentation and trackers, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure deliverables move through established processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinates assigned work requests and follows them through completion.
Maintains project schedules, trackers, and documentation.
Monitors progress against timelines and follows up on pending activities.
Facilitates communication among internal team members.
Supports workload tracking and reporting activities.
Identifies potential blockers and escalates them appropriately.
Ensures work follows established processes, templates, and quality standards.
Participates in project meetings and documents actions and next steps.
Provides regular status updates on assigned activities.
Contributes to process improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in progress in project coordination, operations, administration, production coordination, or related roles.
Knowledge using work management tools such as Workfront, Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
Intermediate written and verbal English communication skills for documentation, meetings, and collaboration.
