This is an outstanding opportunity for a culinary professional who wants to combine leadership, creativity, and operational excellence while enjoying an exceptional Monday–Friday schedule with very limited evenings and weekends.

What You'll Do

As the number one leader on-site, you will oversee all aspects of the food service operation while serving as the culinary lead for the account. The operation includes a busy cafeteria, catering services, and a micro-market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and strengthening the client relationship
• Leading daily food service operations and ensuring an exceptional guest experience
• Supervising and developing a team of 3 culinary employees
• Creating innovative and appealing menus
• Managing ordering, purchasing, inventory, and food cost controls
• Overseeing budget and financial performance
• Driving waste reduction and sustainability initiatives
• Leading catering production and execution for special events
• Maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, safety, and sanitation
• Spending approximately 35–40% of your time in a hands-on culinary role
• Being visible during peak service periods to ensure operational excellence
• Producing a limited selection of fresh grab-and-go items for the micro-market
