Responsibilities

• Tech Innovator: Master our affiliate technology suite, blending your skills to provide top-tier support and guidance to our internal account teams.
• Collaborative Partner: Work alongside teams in Client Strategy, Media Planning, Finance, Client Integration, and Client Development to streamline operations and drive process efficiencies.
• Campaign Support Specialist: Offer essential support in affiliate marketing campaigns, managing everything from asset management to communication and performance tracking.
• Report Creator: Prepare and manage reports to support campaign execution and track performance, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Solutions Advocate: Foster and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships. Provide troubleshooting support and share best practices for program and technology management.
• Documentation Contributor: Help in creating and updating client support documentation to enhance team resources and client experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in operations or a related field, particularly in client interaction and service delivery.
• Excellent customer service skills, ideally with 2-4 years of experience in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, JIRA) a plus.
• Aptitude for learning technical concepts, such as basic HTML knowledge 
• High capacity for problem-solving with the ability to navigate complex challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment. 
• Eager to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly.
