The Senior Manager, Realty Project Management and Design, leads the delivery of multiple special projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, budgets, and brand standards. This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle - managing stakeholder collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve timely, high-quality outcomes. The role demands strong project management and leadership skills to balance operational needs with design feasibility and manages vendor and consultant relationships while promoting continuous improvement and adherence to company values and ethical standards.
About the team:
The Realty Project Management and Design team leads adaptation and special projects across clubs, managing the full project lifecycle from design through delivery. They ensure projects meet business goals, budgets, and timelines while maintaining regulatory compliance. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, the team drives efficient execution and continuous improvement. They support professional growth through mentoring and process enhancements, promoting high-quality outcomes and operational excellence. Their work advances the company’s commitment to delivering value and enhancing the customer experience through strategic project management and innovative design solutions.
What you'll do:

• Oversee a portfolio of special projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and alignment with business objectives and brand standards.
• Manage strategy and risk across scope, permitting and design processes ensuring regulatory compliance for existing portfolio projects.
• Establish and maintain schedules and budgets, tracking milestones and reallocating resources as needed.
• Coordinate with internal and external cross-functional teams for clear scopes of work and communicate project status and risks to senior leadership.
• Adapt to changing club and special project needs by identifying design complexities and adjusting plans to ensure smooth execution of project scopes.
• Implement AI into daily tasks, tracking and reporting.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience managing multiple concurrent realty projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and aligned with business objectives.
• Proven ability to develop and manage project scopes, translating business requirements into well executed projects.
• Strong knowledge of project and design management, regulatory compliance, and permitting processes across local and state jurisdictions.
• Expertise in coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to drive project alignment and execution.
• Demonstrated leadership in mentoring project management staff and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting to senior leadership and resolving complex design and permitting challenges.
• Strong computer skills and proficient in Excel, Microsoft Project and AI.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location).

Minimum Qualifications...

5 years’ experience in commercial real estate project management, construction management, or facilities design.
Experience managing capital improvement projects, including design coordination, permitting, contractor oversight, and budget management.
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with combined capital budgets.
