Compensation
- AM Shift (6:30 AM – 2:00 PM): Starting at $20.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus
- PM Shift (1:30 PM – 9:00 PM): Starting at $21.00/hour + Uncapped Bonus
- Average monthly bonus: $2,500
- Top performers earn $4,500+ per month in bonuses alone
- Full-time schedule
- Overtime opportunities available
What You'll Do
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to existing customers
- Connect with homeowners and create interest in our products and services
- Schedule free in-home consultations for our sales team
- Accurately update customer information and call records
- Meet and exceed daily performance goals and production metrics
- Build rapport, create urgency, and deliver an exceptional customer experience
No cold calling. You'll be working with customers already in our database.
