Key Responsibilities
- Analyze portfolio performance, operating trends, occupancy, and financial results across a multifamily portfolio.

- Perform cash flow analysis, valuation modeling, sensitivity analysis, and return projections.
- Support underwriting and financial analysis for multifamily acquisition and investment opportunities.
- Prepare market surveys, competitive analyses, occupancy reports, and rental trend reporting.
- Track sales comparables and maintain market transaction databases.
- Monitor development pipeline activity and investment opportunities across target markets.
- Partner with asset managers, property management teams, joint venture partners, and on-site teams to collect and validate operational data.
- Assist with financial and operational due diligence, document management, and portfolio initiatives.
- Research market conditions and comparable properties to support investment decisions.
- Contribute to special projects and portfolio-level analyses as needed.
- Help support the company's ongoing adoption of AI tools and cloud-based platforms that improve reporting, workflow efficiency, and decision-making.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in multifamily, commercial real estate, asset management, investment analysis, or financial analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling
- Experience analyzing property performance, operating statements, and investment returns
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting multifamily portfolio analysis
- Exposure to underwriting or acquisitions
- Experience with Entrata or similar property management software
- Familiarity with cloud-based business platforms
- Experience using AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar productivity platforms
Why You'll Love This Opportunity

- Gain exposure to institutional-quality multifamily investments.
- Develop expertise in portfolio analytics, underwriting, and financial strategy.
- Be part of an organization investing in AI and modern technology to transform real estate operations.
- Build a career with a company that values innovation, analytical thinking, and professional growth.
