On our journey to building our top-notch Supply organization we are building our centralized Sourcing Specialist team.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Global Partnership: Coordinate with global supply chain team to optimize data integrity and enable effective procurement
• Key Data Maintenance: Analyze and update data for a variety of global teams and ERP systems
• Business Teamwork and Connections: You will regularly connect with sourcing, materials, and purchasing teams. Your analysis and recommendations will influence business leaders at all levels of the organization.
• Drive Transformative Process Excellence: Develop, document, and maintain common processes performed.
• Systems and Tool Support: Support supply management software and systems becoming subject matter authority.

YOU HAVE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Previous experience preferred with data maintenance in Purchasing, Supply Chain, Strategic Sourcing, or Manufacturing environment.
• A self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical skills with/ without familiarity in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Infor M3, etc.).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed and international team environment.
