User Operations Specialist (Relocation to Vietnam)

Position: User Operations Specialist (Spanish Speaker)
Location: Vietnam (relocation required)

About the Role:
On behalf of our client, a fast-growing multinational iGaming company, we are seeking a dynamic User Operations specialist to join the office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The ideal candidate should be a Spanish speaker with strong knowledge of the Mexican market and be willing to relocate to Vietnam. The company will provide full relocation support.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of platform user operations, including user acquisition, activation, retention, conversion, and re-engagement, to increase user scale and activity levels.
• Develop user operation strategies based on business objectives, and plan and execute activities related to user growth and user engagement.
• Analyze user data to gain insights into user behavior and needs, continuously optimizing user operation strategies and product experience.
• Build and optimize user tiering systems, developing differentiated operation plans for different user segments.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, data, and other teams to drive the implementation of user growth-related projects.
• Monitor key user metrics (e.g., retention rate, activity rate, conversion rate, etc.), conduct regular reviews, and continuously improve operational performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor dynamics, and propose innovative user operation ideas and strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Marketing, Media, Data Analysis, or related fields preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in internet user operations, with proven experience in successful user growth or user operation projects.
• Familiar with user lifecycle management and user tiering operation methods, with a systematic understanding of user growth.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to identify problems through data and drive strategic optimization.
• Strong event planning and project execution abilities, with the capacity to independently manage operation projects.
• Excellent cross-team communication and collaboration skills, with strong execution capability and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Sensitive to user experience, with a strong sense of responsibility and innovative thinking.
• Experience in user operations for overseas Mexican markets is preferred; candidates who have managed at least 2 country markets (Mexico, Brazil, etc.) and have a clear understanding of Mexican overseas user culture, usage habits, and user characteristics will have an advantage.
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Willingness to relocate to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
