- Must have experience of handling with Labor contractor/ Downline executives/and transporter
- Co-ordination with QC Dept/Logistics/weighbridge/production
- Communication skill is required with cross functional team.
- Knowledge to have Good Warehouse practise
- Knowledge to keep product in FIFO
- Knowledge of Food Safety/Hygenic/Housekeeping
- Active Listening/Critical Thinking- Using Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weakness of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Judgment and decision making
- To have good leadership
- Knowledge of ERP system
- Maintaining vehicle checklist and cleaning report of tanker
- Good commuincation with internal team (PRODUCTION/QC/LOGISTICS)
- Maintaining FTE records.
- Day to Day planning of shifting material from shop to warehouse
- Maintaining record of contractors bill and present report
- Maintaining Equipments handling
- Despatch register as per ISO
- Record of rejection and ok trucks as per ISO STD
- Housekeeping of warehouse
- Dispatching goods as per FIFO method.
