Job Title : Compliance Specialist

As a Compliance Specialist, you’ll be part of our Service team.

You’ll get to: 

      • Conduct product certification activities including KC Certification, Radio Certification, Safety Certification and other regulatory approvals as required.

      • Coordinate certification schedules and activities with manufacturing plants, certification agencies, testing laboratories, and internal stakeholders.

      • Manage certification samples, certification records, invoices, and related documentation to support timely product approvals.

      • Monitor changes in Korean product regulations and standards and communicate impacts to internal stakeholders and global teams.

      • Review certification documents, product labels, markings, and user manuals to ensure compliance with local requirements.

      • Support new product introduction (NPI) projects by ensuring required certifications and approvals are obtained before product launch.

      • Develop and maintain effective relationships with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and testing laboratories.

      • Support the planning and execution of customer experience programs, product demonstrations, and engagement activities.

      • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to enhance customer engagement and brand experience.

The Person:

• Min 2+ years working experience in compliance

• Intermediate English level

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Korean product regulations and certification requirements.

• Valid driver's license and ability to drive.
