Compensation & Schedule:

• $15/hour base pay plus unit bonuses
• First-year average: $50,000–$75,000
• Top performers earn $100,000–$120,000+ annually
• 45-hour work week with two days off

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers throughout the vehicle buying process
• Build relationships and deliver a consultative automotive sales experience
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features, options, and financing
• Negotiate pricing and close vehicle sales
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships for repeat and referral business
• Maintain accurate CRM records and stay up to date on inventory and promotions

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and high school diploma or equivalent
