Overview
Our client is looking for a Senior/Business Analyst with product mindset to support digitalization and process improvement initiatives across corporate functions. This role will work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to identify improvement opportunities, define requirements, and help deliver practical solutions such as RPA, workflow automation, and AI-enabled process enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as a key Business Analyst/Product Owner to drive digitalization and process optimisation initiatives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and user stories for digitalization initiatives.
- Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and feasibility assessment for initiatives such as RPA, document workflow, and AI-related use cases.
- Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and business users to support solution design, implementation, UAT testing, and rollout.
- Prepare business use cases and featuresm and in managing the product backlog and release planning.
- Collect user feedback and help continuously improve the digital solutions and user experience.
Qualifications
- Degree holder in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 3–6 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, digital transformation, or related project roles.
- Solid experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, stakeholder management, and UAT coordination.
- Experience in digitalization or automation projects, such as RPA, workflow systems, e-forms, e-signature platforms, OCR, or AI-enabled process solutions.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate business problems into practical and scalable solutions.
- Able to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a hands-on and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in trading, distribution, supply chain, finance operations, HR operations, or shared services environment is an advantage.
- Good communication and documentation skills in English and Chinese.
- Candidates with more than 5 years of relevant experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst.
